Right of Complaint

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling. LA ONAH ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of return on all items purchased from our webshop. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.

To withdraw your purchase, email us at otd@laonah.dk with a clear statement that you wish to return your item(s). After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.

Returns must be sent to the address above. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and refunds, and for ensuring the items are securely packaged. LA ONAH ApS is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.

Partial Return

If you ordered multiple items, you may return some or all of them.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any reduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, and function – similar to trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond that, we may deduct a portion of the refund based on the item’s resale value.

Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or documentation that they have been shipped.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase unless agreed otherwise.
